Lead Counsel in numerous Jury
Trials throughout the United States over a
30 year period. These cases include multiple million
dollar awards. Cases tried in State and Federal Courts in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.
Railroad - F.E.L.A. - Labor Experience
Has been involved in railroad litigation since 1979. While a partner in
the firm of Provizer, Lichtenstein, Pearlman & Phillips, handled
all F.E.L.A. cases from approximately 1980 through 1992. Since the
opening of Pearlman & Pianin, PLLC with Michael Pianin, has continued to represent
railroad workers in Michigan and Ohio as well as several other states.
Aside from the many personal injury cases handled under the F.E.L.A. Statute, processed hundreds of occupational injuries as well.
